Deep inside of us we all desire a healthy body, peaceful mind and a powerful spirit. We invite you to our mini-wellness retreat. Learn how choices can rewire your brain and renew your mind.
This program will consist of sessions in yoga, reiki, sound healing, nutrition and self-reflection led by our certified instructors. Please bring your own yoga mat & towel.

This workshop will replenish what you have extended to others, learn how to disconnect and be at one with you and only you. You would leave our workshop with a sense of peace mentally, relaxed physically, grounded spiritually and recharged emotionally.
