An inspiring Vision and Mission Coach, Event Planner, Mistress of Ceremonies for community events and National Conferences. Her history includes her work as a Labor Management Consultant for Health Care as well as her Directorship and negotiator for a large New York Hospital.

Joyce combines her skills and 35 years of experience to focus most of her attention to help women of all cultures and backgrounds to empower themselves.  A resident of Piscataway, NJ one of her many attributes was the design and development of Piscataway's First International Women's Day.
